Consorting with poison oak

A sexy drape over trellises and boughs
I began to see him everywhere
Healthy and robust, he oozed vigor
His naughty behavior inflamed my passions

Unable to stay out of the woods
I raced into the arms of Poison Oak
Unknowingly I became kindling for his ego fire
He demanded I be his slave.

Filled with insatiable itch
I was consumed with need for him
Like a leper, I was abandoned
Alone I tend the rash that invaded my soul.
