Chapter endorses Jane Parker for Monterey County Supervisor, District 4

Jane Parker has the ability to solve problems and the ability to stand up to special interests.

With the County Supervisors' jettison of the General Plan Update, the need to elect a strong Supervisor who reflects the values of the Club is clear.

The Ventana Chapter has endorsed Jane Parker for Monterey County Supervisor, District 4 because of her integrity, proven ability to solve problems, commitment to the environment, and ability to stand up to special interests.

Recent public opinion research shows the Supervisor race wide open, with name recognition statistically equal between the two run-off candidates and the momentum seeming to favor Parker. To increase Parker's name recognition, volunteers are needed to work on her campaign. You may volunteer even if you are not in District 4. Call 582-9108.
